Welcome to the Ross Bay Health Centre. If you are a patient of the following practitioners then you will have to visit rossbay.cortico.ca to schedule telephone appointments: Dr. Gordon Dr. Tresoor Dr. Hyams NP. Sorensen NP. Harding -All appointments that are booked online are TELEPHONE appointments -You MUST be within BC at the time of your telephone appointment. If you are not, the practitioner will not be able to proceed. -You must call the office and speak with the front desk team to book an in-person appointment *Remember to bring a mask! -We are currently booking 3-4 weeks in advance for ALL practitioners. Please plan accordingly. If you cannot wait until the next available spot, please proceed to medimap.ca for walk in clinic wait times, or proceed to your nearest Urgent Care Clinic or Emergency Department. -A minimum of 24 hours notice is respectfully requested to cancel or reschedule appointments, otherwise a no-show or late cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. -Prescription renewals will only be done during an appointment.
